Jazz has lived in Nanaimo since 1995. He worked in public service for several years and watched with interest as the construction industry in the area began to flourish. Jazz made the decision to become involved, forming his own construction company, Tosh Developments Ltd. in 2002. Jazz learned construction from the ground up, from forms to chimneys and everything in between, and at one time or another he’s experienced it all.
With the completion of his real estate exam, Jazz discovered his strong suit. Jazz happily passes his substantial knowledge and expertise onto his clients, not only through his up-to-date awareness of today’s real estate market but through his remarkable ability to glimpse beyond the brick and mortar to help his clients envision the potential of the real estate transaction they are considering.
Jazz is involved locally, supporting the Nanaimo Sport & Social Club, the Island’s largest indoor/outdoor adult recreational sports league provider, as well as home-town favourites, the Nanaimo Clippers hockey team. He is also a RE/MAX of Nanaimo company supporter of The Children’s Miracle Network.
Jazz’s appreciation for construction and his ability to match people with homes has become his life's passion. When you meet Jazz you understand immediately that he is a man who knows his business and his business has an energy all its own.
